At present we are not shipping outside of Australia, New Zealand & Singapore. Hopefully this will change in the future.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders made after 12pm Friday will typically be posted on the next business day (Monday). Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent to you via email or SMS.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact Australia Post- You will need to quote your tracking number. 

For customers outside of Australia, any additional taxes, duties and fees are the purchaser’s responsibility.

All orders placed are quickly processed and shipped the next business day. At time of dispatch, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you so you can track your package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

To ensure you receive your products as soon as possible, please double-check that you enter the correct shipping address and contact name for the recipient at the time of purchase—this is your responsibility.

If you make a mistake, or things change, contact us immediately and we may be able to modify your order. We can’t make any promises, as we process and ship our orders as fast as possible, but we’ll try our best.

Please note that we are charged $7.00 by our warehouse for address changes because it creates extra admin and slows down the efficiency of the warehouse. If you provide us with the wrong address, you will incur this $7.00 charge before we make the change.

Refund & Returns Policy

  • Maternally Happy will only accept returns for damaged or faulty goods that are not opened. Due to dietary supplement regulations worldwide, we cannot issue any refunds for opened packages. To keep in compliance with our quality control, we cannot allow products to return to our warehouse once they have left. As you can understand, we cannot control what happens to goods once they leave the warehouse. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases or products that have been opened.  We do not have a 'money back guarantee'.
  • Although every measure is taken to ensure your product reaches you in a satisfactory condition, unfortunately sometimes things can be damaged in transit. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us at support@maternallyhappy.com with the details of your order, photographs & the order number of the affected product so we can walk you through the refund or exchange process.
  • Refunds & exchanges for faulty or damaged product will only be issued once we have received the item back in-store. In these circumstances, we will refund the cost of shipping that was required to send the product back to us.  

For consumer safety, we do not offer returns or refunds on our products outside the above circumstances.
