How To Use:

Both supplements can be taken daily.

Unflavoured Collagen:

• 2 levelled scoops = 12g.
• Consume 1-2 servings daily, depending on your daily dietary requirements or as advised by your healthcare professional.
• Each container is expected to last approximately one month with 30 servings. We recommend starting with one serve everyday.
• Shelf life is currently 18+ months, however always refer to your individual container packaging.

Myo-Inositol:

• As a dietary supplement start with 1/2 - 1 level teaspoon daily. This is equivalent to a 2-4g dosage
• 1/2 tsp = Approximately 2g
• 1 tsp = Approximately 4g
• Up to 150 serves per package depending on dosage
• Shelf life is currently 12+ months, however always refer to your individual container packaging
